Rob Krebs
Rob is an original resident of Saybrooke. He has represented Fortune 500 companies for national television audiences in NYC for 14 years, was director of Government Affairs for the American Automobile Association here in  Washington, VP of Regional Affairs with the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and for the last twenty years with the American Chemistry Council Plastics Division as Director or Market Innovations. After several years of service on the Architectural Control Committee and as a Board Appointee he was elected to the Board in 2018 and serves through 2021.
Krishna Ghosh
Krishna Ghosh
Krishna has served as a board member to implement operational plans, goals and objectives for a Washington based community association from 2011 to 2013. She served as President for one year. She has 20 years of management experience in Biotech and Pharmaceutical private industry the last eight years with FDA leading scientific research and product development representing the US globally in matters of approving new and generic drugs. Krishna was elected to the Board in 2018 and serves through 2021.
Sue Krebs-Smith
Sue Krebs-Smith
Sue recently retired from the National Cancer Institute, where she led a team of scientists as Chief of the Risk Factor Assessment Branch. Throughout decades of federal service, she provided overall direction and management to numerous projects with oversight of millions of dollars of government spending through contracts, grants and other mechanisms.  She continues to serve on editorial boards and government research advisory groups.  As a 24-year resident of the Saybrooke community, she was appointed to the SHOA Board in 2018 to serve through the following year. 
Michael Pates
Michael Pates
Michael's professional background is as a human rights lawyer. As in Saybrooke this involves regular interaction and effective consensus-building with colleagues who have diverse experiences and points of view on issues of common concern. He has been living in Saybrooke with his wife and three children for seven years. Michael was elected in 2018 and serves until 2021.
Kevin Richter
Kevin Richter
Kevin has been a homeowner in Saybrooke for 16 years. Kevin is a senior systems analyst for a federal contractor currently working on a Department of Defense contract.  Kevin was appointed to the Board in 2018 to serve out an elected member's term which ends in 2020.  He joined the Board because he wants to help the neighborhood to continue to grow and bring common sense to matters such as reviews of the architectural committee.
