We would like to thank Kevin Richter for his dedication to the Saybrooke Community. Kevin has decided to leave the Board and spend more time with the family. He has served as a Board member and has been active on the ACC. His voice complemented those of other members of the Board and served the Board to make the best decisions for the community. Thank you Kevin.
Please welcome Bob Fronczak to the Saybrooke HOA Board, appointed to the Board to serve out Kevin's term. Bob worked for the Association of American Railroads for 28 years. He has a Bachelor’s in civil engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. He designed and managed construction of environmental projects including contract and budget management for multi-million dollar projects. He also served six years on the Board of Directors of the Common Ground Alliance. He has lived in Saybrooke since 1994. He enjoys golf, bike riding, walking, weightlifting and traveling. As of January 1, 2023, the quarterly assessment for Saybrooke homeowners is $244.30.
