Police tips to help ensure your vehicle is not targeted by thieves

As the warm weather arrives, we have begun to see an increase in thefts from vehicles.  This is the most common type of theft in the City and it is strictly a crime of opportunity that can be prevented if you take away that opportunity. 

After you park, be sure to either take valuable property with you or secure it properly. We encourage you to use the following tips listed below to help ensure your vehicle is not targeted by thieves.

2019 Pool Season is Approaching

Summer is fast approaching and High Sierra Pools is gearing up for another great summer season!  We are excited to have them onboard again and look forward to a fun summer ahead!

The pool opens on Saturday, May 25, 2019!

The Association’s pool will adopt a new operating schedule  for the 2019 season – the pool will be closed on Tuesdays.

Tree Topping and Tree Removal

The Board would like to bring to the attention of all homeowners that removal of trees or topping of trees requires the submission and approval of a Tree Removal Permit with the City of Gaithersburg as well as submission and approval of an Architectural Control form with the Saybrooke HOA ACC. In general, tree topping is considered harmful to the tree (sometimes fatal) and is rarely approved.
