Pool

Saybrooke Pool is closed for the 2024 season. See you in 2025

  • A new pool pass system took effect in 2024. All Saybrooke residents must register for new pool passes. The new system uses a cell phone barcode system.
    1. Apply online at https://swimmingpoolpasses.net/saybrooke/.
    2. Instructions for using the new passes will be sent along with your new digital passes.
    3. If you are unable to use a cell phone for pool access, alternate means are available. Please contact D.H. Bader for details.
    4. Homeowners not up-to-date on HOA dues payments and/or have any outstanding architectural or maintenance violations, will not receive pool passes until your account is current and all violations are corrected.
  • Pool rules agreement is included in the online form. There is no need to submit a separate rules acceptance when applying for new pool passes.
  • The Pool Rules are important and save lives. Members (adults and children) not adhering to the rules of conduct will be asked to leave. Please be courteous. The pool is a great place to meet neighbors and to enhance health, let's make it fun and safe for everyone.
  • New Saybrooke homeowners: If there is no home-purchase settlement information on file, you will need to provide a copy of your HUD-1 (settlement sheet) to D.H. Bader before your passes will be approved.
  • Renters: If you are renting a property within the community, you need to provide a copy of your current lease agreement (required by Saybrooke Covenants and Bylaws), along with your completed application and release.
  • Non-resident family members: If you have non-resident family members planning to spend most of the summer living with you, who do not live in your home out-of-season (e.g., grandparent, family member visiting for summer, nanny, etc.), please include these individuals in your Patron list, but list them in the Application Notes section at the end of the application. There will be a limit of 4 "Non-Residents" per household.
  • Guest passes: Guest passes will be available for the 2024 season. Your new cell phone barcode(s) will also act as your annual ten guest passes. If multiple guests use the pool at the same time,  each guest will count as a use against the ten-use pass. Additional passes beyond this may also be purchased at the pool. This is subject to change depending on health practices and guidance.
