Pool

Saybrooke Pool Is Now Open For The 2022 Season

  • The Association’s pool continues the operating schedule of the previous season.

  • For the 2022 season, Supplemental Rules (augmenting the standard Covenant-based Pool Rules) will be in effect until further notice; homeowners give their agreement to these rules by registering and using the pool. These rules may be subject to change based on government regulations or health guidance. Changes will be available at check-in or posted at the pool.

  • Homeowners not up-to-date on HOA dues payments and/or have any outstanding architectural or maintenance violations, will not receive pool passes until your account is current and/or all violations are corrected.
  • All new Saybrooke residents, or residents not previously registered, must first get pool passes to use the pool.
  1. Before calling, please print and fill out the Pool Pass Application form in the adjacent column; then sign, and submit it by US Mail, or
  2. Apply directly online, or
  3. Print and fill out the form; sign, scan it and submit it via email, or
  4. Print and fill out the form; sign, scan it and upload it via the Contact HOA form.
  • ALL residents (even if you used the pool in previous years) must submit a new Pool Release Printable Form OR, use the Pool Release Online Form. Please fill out all sections and include the names of all household family residents. IKO must receive this form prior to admission to the pool. As in the bullet above, submit directly online; or print out the printable form, fill it out, sign and submit it via US Mail, or you scan the completed copy and send it via email to IKO, or upload it to the Contact HOA form.
  • If previously registered, you may use your existing Saybrooke ID key fob at the pool entrance, provided you have a Pool Release Form on file with IKO. Parents must have releases on file for children up to 18 years old.
  • The Pool Rules are important and save lives. Members (adults and children) not adhering to the rules of conduct will be asked to leave. Please be courteous. The pool is a great place to meet neighbors and to enhance health, let's make it fun and safe for everyone.
  • New Saybrooke homeowners: If there isn’t home-purchase settlement information on file with IKO, you will need to provide a copy of your HUD-1 (settlement sheet) to IKO, along with your completed application and release.
  • Renters: If you are renting a property within the community, you need to provide a copy of your current lease agreement (required by Saybrooke Covenants and Bylaws), along with your completed application and release.
  • Non-resident family members: If you have non-resident family members planning to spend most of the summer living with you, who does not live in your home out-of-season (e.g., grandparent, family member visiting for summer, nanny, etc.), please list these individuals in the “Non-Resident” family section of the application to notify IKO. There will be a limit of 4 "Non-Residents" per household.
  • Guest passes: Guest passes will be available for the 2022 season. One free (per address) ten use pass may be picked up at the pool. Additional passes beyond this may also be purchased at the pool. This is subject to change depending on health practices and guidance.
