D.H. Bader must receive this form prior to admission to the pool. As in the bullet above, submit directly online; or print out the printable form, fill it out, sign and submit it via US Mail, or you scan the completed copy and send it via email to D H Bader, or upload it to the Contact HOA form. You may also provide the form directly to the on-duty lifeguard.
  • If previously registered, you may use your existing Saybrooke ID key fob at the pool entrance, provided you have a Pool Release Form on file with D H Bader. (Release forms are also required for children).
  • The Pool Rules are important and save lives. Members (adults and children) not adhering to the rules of conduct will be asked to leave. Please be courteous. The pool is a great place to meet neighbors and to enhance health, let's make it fun and safe for everyone.
  • New Saybrooke homeowners: If there isn’t home-purchase settlement information on file with D H Bader, you will need to provide a copy of your HUD-1 (settlement sheet) to D H Bader, along with your completed application and release.
  • Renters: If you are renting a property within the community, you need to provide a copy of your current lease agreement (required by Saybrooke Covenants and Bylaws), along with your completed application and release.
  • Non-resident family members: If you have non-resident family members planning to spend most of the summer living with you, who does not live in your home out-of-season (e.g., grandparent, family member visiting for summer, nanny, etc.), please list these individuals in the “Non-Resident” family section of the application to notify D H Bader. There will be a limit of 4 "Non-Residents" per household.
  • Guest passes: Guest passes will be available for the 2023 season. One free (per address) ten-use pass may be picked up at the pool. If multiple guests use the pool at the same time,  each guest will count as a use against the ten-use pass. Additional passes beyond this may also be purchased at the pool. This is subject to change depending on health practices and guidance.
